Daniel lives in Tyler and got into foundation repair after helping friends make sense of confusing repair proposals. He believes homeowners deserve a clear explanation of what their house is doing and an honest talk about options before deciding anything.
Amber Dunagan
Scheduling and Estimates Coordinator
Amber grew up in Smith County and keeps the office side running. She gathers the details about each crack, sticking door or uneven floor, lines up visits and makes sure every homeowner knows what happens next.
Marcus Lyle
Foundation Repair Field Lead
Marcus leads repairs on site, with a particular interest in pier and beam homes and how beams, shims and crawl space moisture affect a floor. On weekends he is usually out on Lake Tyler with a fishing rod.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and gathering basic information about the house, the foundation type and when the problem began. Next we arrange a visit to measure the floors and look at the outside of the house, then explain our findings, the proposed repair, materials, expected cost and any limitations that may affect the result. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, digging uncovers something unexpected or the scope needs to change, we talk to you before any additional work is approved.
